Having experienced dozens of Yoga retreat centers and participated in numerous teacher trainings over the past decade, as a student, teacher, chef, consultant, and manager, as well as helping build a retreat center from the ground up in the South of France, I deeply understand the unique ecosystem, needs, and challenges that organizers and teachers face.

Experience has shown me that the success of a Yoga retreat rests equally on three core pillars: the teaching, the venue, and the food.

Meet the Chef

As a 37-year-old French-Lebanese plant-based chef, I fuse the richness of French cuisine, the freshness of Lebanese flavors, and the wisdom of Indian culinary traditions.

For me, plant-based cuisine is a subtle and technical art, deeply woven into my philosophy of life, which is rooted in Yoga and Advaita Vedanta. With five years of experience serving a dozen wellness centers across forty retreats and events, I create a holistic cuisine that nourishes the body as much as the soul.
